How would I know how the project is coming along?

I practice using the Application Lifecycle Management process. After our initial encounter and once we've established a working agreement and have laid out the requirements, I'll contact you once a milestone has been hit. At minimum, definitely expect weekly or biweekly updates.

What if I want to make some changes to what we've decided?

No problem! We'll set up another meeting and see what was the motivation behind the change and what we can do with the time allotted and budget. At the end of the day it's all about turning your vision into reality.
